Most of the heavy elements since the Big Bang were manufactured by high-mass supernova versus low-mass stars where matter usually gets gravitationally bound.
What were the massive, early stars, and how did they change the original Deuterium abundance?
Population III stars. Solves the problem of high-metal quasars. They are extremely low in metals, and vary in solar mass from 100 to 1000.
