Meeting was called to order by the President ( Chris Stevenson ) at 8:10 PM

Chris welcomed the audience with a review of the RASC and benefits of membership.

Observation Reports –

Door Prize - Colin Ash

Ben mentioned a telescope he has for sale.

Randy donated a three-part book series - Amateur Telescope Making

Chris presented a book “ Sacred Universe“ and cheque for $50 from the Sisters of Mercy

Mike Wilkshire showed various images of the Moon.

Feature: - DVD episode "Empire of the Sun"

Observing Activity Report –

Robert distributed a sheet on Sky Highlights for February ,reviewed

the sky tonight.

Coffee & Social – Members were invited to partake in a coffee social and to continue informal

discussion.
